Appier is seeking a Technical Solution Engineer to join our Tokyo team, focusing on our AI-driven advertising solutions. This role involves deep engagement with clients to understand their business cases, data, and constraints, ensuring optimal utilization of our products. The engineer will collaborate closely with product and technical teams to support the successful adoption of Appier's solutions.

Key responsibilities include guiding clients through the onboarding process, determining project requirements, preparing technical specifications, and creating user and training documentation. The role also involves troubleshooting technical issues, developing internal tools to streamline operations, analyzing data to provide insights, and proactively following up with clients based on project timelines.

The ideal candidate will have strong oral and written communication skills in both English and Japanese, solid research and summarization abilities, and proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, and iOS or Android application development. A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, along with self-motivation and independence, is essential. A relevant BSc degree with 3+ years of experience in a similar position is required.

Preferred qualifications include a BS/BA degree in Computer Science or a related field, experience in the mobile measurement partner industry, and familiarity with the digital marketing or advertising industry. Experience with data mining projects and the ability to conduct data analysis and provide high-level consultation are also advantageous.
