Experian is seeking a Technical Writer to join our Product Development team. This role focuses on simplifying the use and integration of our B2B SaaS products by creating high-quality content for developers and end-users. As part of our global data and technology company, you'll contribute to delivering superior customer experiences through clear and concise documentation.

In this position, you will collaborate with engineering and product teams to develop documentation for new product features, API updates, and integrations. Your responsibilities include creating long-term content strategies to enhance documentation discoverability, conducting regular content reviews to maintain high standards, and working with various stakeholders to ensure technical content meets user needs. Additionally, you'll establish writing best practices and identify areas for improvement in existing content and processes.

The ideal candidate has over five years of experience in technical writing within B2B SaaS environments, with a proven ability to translate complex concepts into concise documentation. Expertise in API documentation and a solid understanding of software development processes are essential. Proficiency with tools such as Markdown, Git, and JIRA, along with experience in modern development workflows and a "docs-as-code" environment, is required. Familiarity with version control systems, CI/CD pipelines, and collaboration with technical teams is also important. Experience with backend languages like Ruby, Go, Python, PHP, Node, or Java is valuable, and knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.

We provide a flexible schedule with options for remote, hybrid, or in-office work, as well as flexible time off, including volunteer time off, vacation, sick leave, and 12 paid holidays.
