Join our team as a Telesales Lending Specialist, where you will play a key role in generating revenue and ensuring a positive homeowner experience. You will manage and nurture a pipeline of warm leads through a structured sales process, involving a high volume of outbound phone calls. This position offers the opportunity to develop skills in sales, customer service, and pipeline management, contributing to the company's growth and profitability.

Key responsibilities include managing and nurturing warm homeowner leads, conducting consultative sales calls to understand financial needs, and clearly explaining product details. You will drive conversions by following up with leads to encourage acceptance of initial estimates and final offers. Additionally, providing customer support by answering questions regarding pricing and product details, and connecting them with appropriate team members when needed, is essential.

The ideal candidate will possess an active Mortgage Loan Originator license and have at least three years of phone-based sales experience, with a proven track record of handling a high volume of calls and successfully converting prospects. Strong communication skills are crucial, as is the ability to manage a large volume of leads and track progress from initial contact to close. Familiarity with U.S. real estate and mortgage processes, along with proficiency in G-Suite and CRM systems like Salesforce, is preferred.

Compensation for this role includes a base salary of $60,000, with uncapped commission potential. For those meeting their targets, the expected On-Target Earnings (OTE) is approximately $90,000 in the first year. To support new hires during their ramp-up period, a $1,500 monthly commission guarantee is provided for the first three months.
