Territory Account Executive, Downey (Spanish/English Bilingual)

Square is seeking a Territory Account Executive to join our field sales team in Downey, California. This role is pivotal in expanding Square's presence by engaging local businesses and promoting our comprehensive suite of financial and commerce solutions. As a bilingual professional fluent in both Spanish and English, you will bridge communication gaps and foster strong relationships within the diverse community.

In this position, you will spend approximately 80% of your time in the field, conducting face-to-face meetings with local businesses. Your responsibilities include generating leads, performing product demonstrations, and closing deals across Square's product suite. Additionally, you will develop a robust pipeline through door-to-door outreach, community engagement, and strategic partnerships, ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality referrals.

The ideal candidate possesses at least three years of full-cycle sales experience, including field sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing complex deals. Proficiency in both Spanish and English is essential, along with strong business development skills such as cold calling and lead generation. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is also required.

Square offers a competitive compensation package, with salary ranges varying based on geographic location. For the Downey area, the salary range is between $123,400 and $185,200, which includes target variable compensation.
