Territory Manager - Long Island
The Territory Manager at Ceribell is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth within the Long Island region, encompassing Brooklyn, Queens, and Staten Island. This role involves collaborating with key stakeholders across multiple hospital departments, including the Emergency Department, ICU, Neurology, and Hospital Administration, to promote the adoption of Ceribell's innovative EEG technology designed for rapid seizure detection in acute care settings.
Key responsibilities include achieving and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by effectively communicating Ceribell's value proposition to potential partners. The Territory Manager will develop and manage a robust pipeline of new business opportunities, build and mentor clinical champions within hospital departments, and engage with multiple specialties to drive product adoption. Additionally, the role requires successful negotiation of contracts with hospital executives and conducting discovery sessions to tailor solutions to client needs.
Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of medical device sales experience, preferably with disruptive technologies in hospital environments. Experience in Critical Care, Emergency Department, Cath Lab, Neuro, or Point of Care settings is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex hospital-based sales cycles, achieving high sales rankings, and demonstrating a hunter mentality with the ability to influence multiple stakeholders. High emotional intelligence and adaptability to feedback are essential.
The compensation package includes a base salary of $115,000 with on-target earnings up to $250,000, reflecting performance-based incentives.
