Territory Manager - New York City
The Territory Manager at Ceribell is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth within the New York City area. This role involves partnering with key stakeholders across multiple hospital departments, including the Emergency Department, ICU, Neurology, and Hospital Administration, to educate them on the prevalence and importance of non-convulsive seizures. The Territory Manager plays a critical role in promoting Ceribell's point-of-care EEG technology, which is designed to transform the diagnosis and management of patients with serious neurological conditions.
Key responsibilities include closing business to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals, effectively communicating Ceribell’s value proposition to unlock new partnership opportunities, and developing long-term relationships with key decision-makers within the assigned territory. The role also involves managing a strong pipeline of new business, building and coaching clinical champions within hospital departments, and successfully negotiating contracts with hospital executives. Additionally, the Territory Manager is expected to conduct effective discovery sessions with clinical and executive targets to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of medical device sales experience, preferably with a background in selling disruptive technologies into hospitals. Experience in Critical Care, Emergency Department, Cath Lab, Neuro, or Point of Care environments is preferred. The candidate should demonstrate a proven ability to manage a complex, hospital-based sales cycle effectively, possess a hunter mentality with the ability to drive change through multiple stakeholders, and exhibit high emotional intelligence with a track record of successfully receiving and implementing feedback.
Compensation for this position includes a base salary of $115,000, with on-target earnings up to $250,000.
