Territory Manager - Orlando
The Territory Manager at Ceribell is responsible for driving revenue growth by engaging with key stakeholders across multiple hospital departments, including the Emergency Department, ICU, Neurology, and Hospital Administration. This role focuses on educating these stakeholders about the prevalence and importance of non-convulsive seizures and promoting the adoption of Ceribell's innovative EEG technology designed for rapid seizure detection in acute care settings.
Key responsibilities include meeting and exceeding sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, effectively communicating Ceribell's value proposition to develop long-term relationships with decision-makers, and managing a robust pipeline of new business opportunities. The Territory Manager will also build and coach clinical champions within hospital departments, engage with multiple specialties to drive sales, and successfully negotiate contracts with C-suite executives.
Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of medical device sales experience, preferably with a background in selling disruptive technologies into hospitals. Experience in Critical Care, Emergency Department, Cath Lab, Neuro, or Point of Care environments is preferred. A proven ability to manage complex, hospital-based sales cycles, a track record of high sales rankings, and a hunter mentality with the ability to drive change through multiple stakeholders are essential. High emotional intelligence and the ability to receive and implement feedback are also important.
Compensation for this role includes a base salary of $115,000 with on-target earnings up to $250,000.
