Territory Manager - Seattle, WA
The Territory Manager at Ceribell is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth within the Seattle, WA area. This role involves partnering with key stakeholders across multiple hospital departments, including the Emergency Department, ICU, Neurology, and Hospital Administration, to educate them on the prevalence and importance of non-convulsive seizures. The Territory Manager will play a pivotal role in promoting Ceribell's innovative EEG technology, which is designed to transform the diagnosis and management of patients with serious neurological conditions.
Key responsibilities include achieving and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals by effectively communicating Ceribell's value proposition to potential clients. The Territory Manager will develop and maintain a strong pipeline of new business opportunities, build and coach clinical champions within hospital departments, and engage with multiple departments to drive sales. Additionally, the role requires successfully selling to C-Suite executives and negotiating contracts with key decision-makers in hospitals.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of medical device sales experience, preferably with a background in selling disruptive technologies into hospitals. Experience in Critical Care, Emergency Department, Cath Lab, Neurology, or Point of Care environments is preferred. A proven ability to manage complex, hospital-based sales cycles effectively, along with a track record of high sales rankings and achievements such as Presidents Club awards, is essential. The candidate should demonstrate a hunter mentality with the ability to drive change through multiple stakeholders and possess high emotional intelligence.
Compensation for this role includes a base salary of $115,000, with on-target earnings up to $250,000.
