The Third-Party Analyst at Mitratech is a key member of the Enterprise Risk and Compliance (ERC) team, responsible for supporting the company's Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) program. This role ensures the accuracy, integrity, and completeness of data related to vendors, contractors, and partners, thereby reducing third-party risk exposure. Mitratech is a global technology leader specializing in legal, risk, compliance, and HR solutions, serving over 20,000 client companies worldwide.

Key responsibilities include coordinating third-party intake and onboarding workflows, performing initial reviews of agreements and supporting documents, assisting with risk assessments and due diligence, and maintaining comprehensive records throughout the third-party lifecycle. The analyst will also identify process gaps, recommend workflow improvements, and support audit requests and internal reviews related to third-party compliance.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and has at least three years of experience in legal operations, vendor management, procurement coordination, compliance operations, HR operations, contract administration, or related fields. They should excel in high-paced environments, managing multiple tasks with attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset. Strong written and oral communication skills are essential, along with the ability to prioritize work based on urgency, risk, and business impact.
