Trading Operations Manager
Eqvilent is seeking a Trading Operations Manager to lead its Trading Operations Team, a pivotal group responsible for ensuring a reliable, risk-averse, and robust trading process. This team plays a critical role in anomaly detection, promptly identifying irregularities, and implementing necessary procedures to maintain trading integrity. By enhancing information accuracy and effectiveness, the team continually streamlines internal processes, thereby boosting the productivity and efficiency of various other teams.
The Trading Operations Manager will oversee capacity planning and performance management, ensuring both stakeholder satisfaction and team well-being. Key responsibilities include leading the team in designing, updating, and executing pre- and post-session checks, intrasession invariant controls, and escalation procedures. Additionally, the role involves continuously improving the quality of anomaly detection, reaction and resolution service level agreements (SLAs), as well as enhancing tooling and communication efficiency.
Candidates should have experience in similar positions and a willingness to combine hands-on tasks with management responsibilities. A keen attention to detail and efficient communication skills in all forms of English are essential for success in this role.
