The Training Operations Coordinator at Recorded Future serves as the operational backbone of the Product Training Team, supporting the Live Training Program Manager to deliver technical education to a global customer base. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals aiming to build a career in SaaS Operations, Customer Success, or Cybersecurity Education within a dynamic, mission-driven environment.

Key responsibilities include coordinating logistics for global webinars and virtual sessions, assisting in the deployment of new e-learning modules, and acting as a point of contact for the training community. The role also involves designing and executing automated communication workflows, transitioning manual tasks into automated processes, and facilitating the issuance of Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits. Additionally, the coordinator supports the Program Manager in coordinating with external training partners and internal speakers, maintains accuracy across platforms like Salesforce, Gainsight, and Skilljar, and helps document training workflows.

Candidates should have 1–3 years of experience in Operations, Project Coordination, or Customer Success, preferably within a fast-paced SaaS or Technology environment. Exceptional writing and editing skills, the ability to manage multiple work streams, a track record of streamlining manual tasks, and adaptability to shifting priorities are essential.

Preferred qualifications include experience administering a Learning Management System, familiarity with Customer Success platforms like Gainsight or CRM tools like Salesforce, an interest in the cybersecurity industry, experience with email marketing or event promotion, and proficiency with virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
