As a Trial Lawyer in Training - Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for handling personal injury cases from inception through trial. Your duties will include conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, engaging in discovery, and representing clients in court proceedings. You will work closely with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and gain hands-on trial experience. The firm emphasizes a low case volume to ensure individualized attention to each client.
Ideal candidates should possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and be licensed to practice law in the state where they are applying. Strong analytical, research, and writing skills are essential, along with a passion for personal injury law and a commitment to client advocacy.
