Trust and Safety Associate - Student Position

Wolt is seeking a Trust and Safety Associate for a student position within our Operations Team in Tel Aviv. This role is integral to maintaining the safety and trustworthiness of our platform, ensuring a secure environment for all users. In this position, you will be responsible for handling escalations from couriers and investigating unusual incidents. Your day-to-day tasks will include resolving complex issues, guiding our partners, and ensuring that high-quality service is maintained throughout the escalation process. Additionally, you will act as a key factor in maintaining a high level of standard and satisfaction among couriers who partner with us, and help optimize the workflow between all parties.

The ideal candidate is a student with previous experience working as a customer service representative. You should be an excellent communicator and a big team motivator, as you will have daily contact with our courier partners. Helping and listening to people should come naturally to you. You should have the ability to lead by example and show direction, with a genuine will to support your team members and courier partners. Being an expert and confident in expressing your social skills, and not afraid of acting confidently in challenging situations, is essential. You should be a fast learner, attentive to both small details and the bigger picture, and a proactive planner and thorough thinker, constantly seeking new ways to improve processes. Fluency in Hebrew and English is required.
