ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Value Consultant, you will bridge the gap between high-level business strategy and data-driven validation. You will serve as an advisor to our customers, translating complex business requirements into measurable "now/next/later" roadmaps that drive value and outcomes powered by the Demandbase platform and product functionality.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategic Discovery: Lead executive-level discovery sessions to capture business challenges, goals, and current KPIs.
- Roadmap Development: Create tailored Value Roadmaps that align Demandbase features to specific customer outcomes.
- Measurement Frameworks: Design and document Value Measurement Plans that link platform activity to concrete business results.
- Data-Driven Insights: Conduct analyses and data driven audits to identify high-performing areas and growth opportunities.
- Consultative Execution: Lead proctored workshops and specialized sessions focusing on best practices for GTM excellence.
