Virtual Paralegal

The United Firm | La Liga Defensora, APC is seeking a Virtual Paralegal to join their dynamic personal injury legal team. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely from Colombia, supporting the Los Angeles office in delivering exceptional legal services to clients.

The Virtual Paralegal will be responsible for drafting written discovery requests and responses, preparing personal injury complaints, filing pleadings and documents with the court, and drafting legal pleadings such as motions and deposition notices. Additional duties include preparing subpoenas, assisting with document production, and guiding the process for gathering relevant materials in response to litigation demands and discovery requests.

Candidates should have 1-2 years of experience in a plaintiff personal injury law firm. An associate's or bachelor's degree is highly preferred. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is also highly preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills, advanced proficiency in Microsoft and Google software applications, and familiarity with case management software programs are essential for success in this role.
