Virtual Paralegal

The United Firm | La Liga Defensora, APC is seeking a Virtual Paralegal to join its dynamic personal injury legal team. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely, supporting the Los Angeles office in delivering exceptional legal services. The firm is renowned for its commitment to client advocacy and excellence in various legal domains.

The Virtual Paralegal will be responsible for drafting written discovery requests, responses, and personal injury complaints. Key duties include filing pleadings and documents with the court, preparing legal pleadings such as motions and deposition notices, and issuing subpoenas to obtain necessary records. Additionally, the role involves assisting in the production and analysis of documents and guiding the process for gathering materials in response to litigation demands and discovery requests.

Candidates should possess 1-2 years of experience in a plaintiff personal injury law firm. An associate's or bachelor's degree is highly preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with advanced proficiency in Microsoft and Google software applications. Familiarity with case management software programs is also desirable. Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish are highly preferred to effectively communicate with a diverse client base.
