Web & SEO Specialist
is seeking a forward-thinking and data-driven Web & SEO Specialist to join our team in Tysons, Virginia. This hybrid role involves developing and executing comprehensive search strategies, managing website content, and analyzing performance metrics to drive organic growth and enhance user experience. As the in-house expert, you will pioneer our approach to traditional search and AI-driven platforms, bringing web content to life within our CMS environment.
Key responsibilities include owning the future of search by developing strategies that drive organic growth across traditional search engines and AI-driven platforms. You will champion SEO and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) best practices, advising on technical site architecture, Core Web Vitals, schema markup, and content structure. Additionally, you will conduct keyword and prompt research, manage on-page and off-page initiatives, perform technical audits, and monitor trends in AI search and algorithmic shifts to maintain a competitive advantage.
The ideal candidate will have over three years of experience in SEO, content strategy, and website management. Proficiency with SEO and analytics tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics 4, and Google Search Console is essential. A demonstrated understanding of modern search, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Search Generative Experiences (SGE), and AEO, is required. Experience managing website content in a modern CMS, exceptional project management skills, and excellent communication abilities are also necessary. A Google Analytics certification is preferred.
