Werkstudent (Mensch) Financial Controller
As a Working Student in Financial Controlling at WPP Media, you will be an integral part of our finance team, contributing to the management and analysis of our business processes. WPP Media is a global media network that combines leading platforms, talents, and partners to create new opportunities for boundless growth in a connected media world.
Your primary responsibilities will include supporting the controlling team in daily operations, particularly in monthly reporting, analyses, and the preparation of monthly financial statements. You will independently maintain and process data within our ERP system, manage and develop controlling and reporting tools, and prepare relevant data for internal and external audits. Additionally, you will create evaluations, ad-hoc analyses, and presentations for management, and have the opportunity to participate in cross-departmental projects, bringing in your own ideas.
We are looking for candidates currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration or economics, ideally with a focus on finance, controlling, accounting, or business informatics. Prior practical experience in controlling, finance, or accounting (e.g., through internships or student jobs) is advantageous. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, evaluations), is required. Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is desirable. A strong affinity for numbers and IT, analytical thinking skills, a structured, careful, and independent working style, as well as strong communication skills in German and English, are essential.
