Winback Account Executive
The Winback Account Executive at Lighthouse is a pivotal role focused on re-engaging former clients who have transitioned to new management or ownership structures. This position involves owning the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, with the goal of reinstating these properties onto the Lighthouse platform. As part of a dynamic and collaborative commercial team, the role offers the opportunity to pioneer the 'win-back' strategy, transforming potential churn into retained revenue and growth.
Key responsibilities include conducting in-depth research to identify former clients' new affiliations and key decision-makers, re-engaging these warm leads to demonstrate the value of continuing their partnership with Lighthouse, and managing the full sales cycle to re-sign accounts. The role also involves collaborating closely with Account Managers and other Account Executives to ensure a seamless transition and co-selling process, identifying expansion opportunities by upgrading re-signed customers to new products or comprehensive plans, and maintaining a high volume of strategic outreach, with a strong emphasis on impactful phone calls to build relationships quickly.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, particularly in re-engagement or win-back strategies, with experience in the hospitality or SaaS industry being advantageous. Strong research and analytical skills are essential for identifying and understanding former clients' new structures and decision-makers. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are required to effectively re-engage clients and close deals. Proficiency in CRM tools and a self-motivated, results-oriented mindset are also important for success in this role.
Compensation for this position includes a base salary ranging from $70,000 to $80,000, with on-target earnings (OTE) of $110,000.
