Working Student, GRC, Professional Services

As a Working Student in Professional Services at Mitratech, you will support consultants and project managers in delivering Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions to clients. This role offers exposure to enterprise GRC delivery across leading EMEA organizations, providing a stepping stone into a full-time career in Professional Services, Customer Success, or GRC consulting.

Your primary responsibilities will include assisting in client-facing engagements on the Mitratech GRC platform, preparing and delivering client workshops, and contributing to the creation and maintenance of standardized delivery assets. Additionally, you will help curate and adapt content libraries covering GRC frameworks such as ISO 27001, COSO ERM, GDPR/DSGVO, NIS2, and TPRM, as well as monitor regulatory developments for internal knowledge sharing.

We are seeking candidates who are currently enrolled in business, information management, law, engineering, or related fields, with a strong interest in GRC, information security, risk management, or regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have a structured, self-starter approach, an analytical mindset, excellent communication skills in both English and German, proficiency in Microsoft Office/M365, and fundamental project management understanding.
