WPP Media: Commerce Manager- Dubai
As an Ecommerce Manager at WPP Media in Dubai, you will be an integral part of the Commerce team, focusing on planning and purchasing retail media space across leading eCommerce platforms for top global clients. This role requires a strong understanding of retail prioritization, planning, and execution, along with a basic knowledge of biddable retail platforms such as Amazon, Noon, Talabat, and Carrefour.
Your primary responsibilities will include developing and presenting retail media strategies aligned with client business objectives, managing eCommerce media budgets, and overseeing campaign planning, setup, monitoring, and optimization. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding commerce health and strategic inquiries, providing insightful and actionable cross-channel reports to enhance their business performance.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in the digital or eCommerce media space, with strong knowledge of Amazon and e-retail merchandising and media capabilities in the Middle East. Experience in FMCG, retail, e-commerce, or direct response is advantageous. Proficiency in reporting and analytics, along with Amazon and commerce training certifications, is essential. Excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple demands simultaneously, and strong verbal and written communication skills are also required.
