As a Key Account Manager at Zonaprop, part of Grupo QuintoAndar, you will manage an active portfolio of clients to foster loyalty and drive revenue growth through product analysis and tailored offerings. This role involves direct client engagement to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Your primary responsibilities include contacting clients via phone to identify their requirements, offering suitable products, and detecting sales opportunities through portfolio analysis. You will also build long-term relationships with clients, participate in and organize regional events for upselling, conduct in-person meetings with high-potential clients, close new sales for Premier products, assist in managing client downgrades or cancellations, and record all client interactions in Salesforce.

The ideal candidate is an advanced student or graduate in Marketing, Public Relations, Administration, or related fields, with 1-2 years of experience in similar roles. Experience in sales and providing solutions based on client needs is essential, along with excellent commercial skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, proactivity, autonomy, analytical skills, and organizational and planning capabilities are also required.
