The Account Development Representative (ADR) at PitchBook Data plays a pivotal role within the Account Management & Customer Success team, focusing on generating qualified opportunities and driving early-stage pipeline growth within core accounts. This position involves close collaboration with Account Managers and Business Development Representatives to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within existing client relationships and target territories.

Key responsibilities include conducting outbound prospecting and managing inbound leads to create a steady flow of high-quality opportunities that support sales goals. The ADR conducts discovery calls, thoroughly qualifies prospects, and ensures a strong fit before handing off to account teams. Additionally, the role involves researching accounts and territories to uncover new contacts and decision-makers, utilizing tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Salesforce to craft tailored messaging, and maintaining accurate records to ensure smooth progression of opportunities.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree and have at least one year of outbound prospecting experience. A client-first attitude, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a keen interest in financial markets, particularly private equity and venture capital, are essential. Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite and the ability to quickly learn new systems and software are also required.

The compensation for this role includes a base salary of $70,000, with an on-target variable commission of $32,500, leading to a total potential annual income of $102,500.
