Account Director
As an Account Director at Diligent Corporation, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth across enterprise accounts, managing the full account lifecycle, and leveraging internal teams to deliver exceptional results. This role is ideal for a sales professional with a proven track record of success, a strong outbound and expansion mindset, and the confidence to manage strategic discussions independently.
Key responsibilities include owning the full sales cycle for new and existing accounts, including complex enterprise deals with long sales cycles. You will manage resources, orchestrate stakeholders, and strategically leverage internal teams to deliver results. Additionally, you will lead and execute account plans, expand customer relationships, and identify opportunities to grow within accounts.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales/account management, ideally in technology, GRC, or related sectors. You should be a strategic thinker, able to align solutions to business objectives and navigate complex sales cycles independently. Strong influencing and relationship-building skills are essential, as well as the ability to engage senior leaders and stakeholders across all levels.
