Solutions Engineer

As a Solutions Engineer at Diligent Corporation, you will collaborate closely with the Sales team to demonstrate how our platform can transform risk mitigation, audit processes, and compliance operations. You will independently manage small to mid-sized opportunities and partner with senior Solutions Engineers on complex deals, acting as a trusted advisor to customer stakeholders and translating Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) challenges into compelling solutions that deliver business value.

Key responsibilities include leading the pre-sales lifecycle for small to mid-sized opportunities, delivering tailored software demonstrations that articulate business value, and engaging confidently with stakeholders across Legal, Ethics & Compliance, Governance, Risk, and Audit teams. You will translate customer pain points into clear solution narratives, own the technical win for these opportunities, and contribute to the technical strategy on larger deals in partnership with senior Solutions Engineers.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in Ethics & Compliance, GRC, Legal (Corporate Compliance), or a related field, either in a customer-facing role or within the industry. Experience working with SaaS solutions, strong presentation and communication skills, and a self-driven attitude with a growth mindset are essential. Comfort in partnering with Sales and contributing to commercial outcomes is also important.
