Solutions Engineer
As a Solutions Engineer at Diligent Corporation, you will collaborate closely with the Sales team to assist organizations in understanding how our platform can transform their risk mitigation, audit performance, and compliance operations. You will independently manage the Solutions Engineering workstream for small to mid-sized opportunities and partner with senior Solutions Engineers on complex, multi-pillar deals. Your role will involve acting as a trusted advisor to customer stakeholders, translating Ethics & Compliance and broader GRC challenges into clear, compelling solutions that drive business value.
Key responsibilities include partnering with Sales to lead the full pre-sales lifecycle for small to mid-sized opportunities, delivering tailored software demonstrations that articulate business value, and engaging confidently with stakeholders across Legal, Ethics & Compliance, Governance, Risk, and Audit teams. You will translate customer pain points into clear solution narratives, own the technical win for small to mid-sized opportunities, and contribute to the technical strategy on larger deals in collaboration with senior Solutions Engineers.
The role requires 1–3 years of experience in Ethics & Compliance, GRC, Legal (Corporate Compliance), or a related field, either in a customer-facing role or within the industry. Experience with SaaS solutions, including independently delivering demos or evaluations, is essential. Strong presentation and communication skills are necessary, along with the ability to simplify complex topics for non-technical audiences. A curious, self-driven attitude with a growth mindset and openness to coaching and feedback is also important.
