Account Director
As an Account Director at Diligent Corporation, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and enhancing customer engagement within the Singapore market. This position is integral to expanding product adoption among existing clients and introducing new customers to Diligent's innovative solutions. Operating as a high-impact individual contributor, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering cutting-edge governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) SaaS solutions.
Your primary responsibilities will include developing a deep understanding of Diligent's products and strategies, prospecting new and existing business within your designated territory, and adopting a solutions-selling approach to address customer needs. You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, develop and execute account plans to meet revenue targets, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive integrated account wins. Additionally, you will manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from opportunity identification to deal closure, while maintaining accurate records and forecasts.
The ideal candidate will have over seven years of experience in account management and new business acquisition, with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets, preferably within highly regulated industries, SaaS, or the GRC space. Strong abilities to build trust and influence senior leaders, a passion for continuous learning, and exceptional presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
