Lighthouse is seeking a full-time Account Executive to join our Business Intelligence team. This role is pivotal in driving our expansion within the hospitality industry by leveraging our innovative commercial platform that simplifies data into actionable insights and advanced pricing tools. The position is based in Denver, CO, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring 2-3 days per week in the office.

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for sourcing potential client opportunities through targeted outreach, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking within professional industry groups. You will build and execute strategic territory plans to achieve sales targets, manage the full sales cycle from lead response to contract negotiation, and integrate generative AI tools to enhance lead generation and client communications. Maintaining accurate records in our CRM system and providing client feedback to the Product Development team are also key aspects of this role.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a sales or account executive role, preferably within the SaaS or hospitality industry. A proven track record of managing complex deal cycles, a "hunter" mentality for sourcing and closing new business, and proficiency with CRM systems like Salesforce are essential. Strong communication skills and the ability to conduct compelling product demonstrations are also required.

Compensation for this role includes a base salary ranging from $70,000 to $80,000, with on-target earnings (OTE) between $130,000 and $140,000.
