Account Executive – Business Intelligence
As an Account Executive in the Business Intelligence team at Lighthouse, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence within the EMEA region. Lighthouse is a leading commercial platform in the hospitality industry, offering innovative solutions that transform complex data into actionable insights, advanced pricing tools, and cutting-edge business intelligence to maximize revenue growth. With a diverse team of over 850 professionals across 35 countries, we are committed to revolutionizing the hospitality sector.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a regional business development plan to achieve sales targets and increase market share. Your day-to-day activities will include sourcing and developing new business opportunities through strategic outreach, industry networking, and targeted campaigns. You will lead product demonstrations, manage consultative sales processes, and present professional proposals to prospective clients. Additionally, you will represent Lighthouse at international conferences and regional events to build brand presence and generate leads.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a full sales cycle role, preferably within the hospitality or SaaS industry. Exceptional command of the English language is required, with fluency in another European language, such as Dutch or Swedish, being preferred. A strong understanding of hotel operations and their technology needs, along with proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce, is essential. A self-motivated, results-oriented mindset and exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are also key qualifications.
