Account Executive, Central America LATAM
As an Account Executive for the Central America LATAM region at Braze, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business opportunities and managing relationships with key clients. This position involves close collaboration with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure clients achieve their engagement goals using the Braze platform. Braze is a leading customer engagement platform that empowers brands to deliver personalized experiences across various channels.
In this role, your primary responsibilities will include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the Central America LATAM market, building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, and conducting product demonstrations to showcase the value of Braze’s solutions. Additionally, you will collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns, negotiate contracts to meet or exceed sales targets, provide feedback to the product team based on client needs, and stay updated with industry trends and the competitive landscape in the LATAM market.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, along with over five years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the MarTech or SaaS industry. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, a strong understanding of customer engagement strategies and digital marketing, and excellent communication skills in Spanish, English, and Portuguese are essential. The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, as well as a willingness to travel within the Central America LATAM region, are also required.
