Braze is seeking an Account Executive to join our Emerging Enterprise team, focusing on the Financial Services sector. This role involves managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, with both prospective and existing enterprise clients. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding Braze's presence within the Financial Services industry, leveraging our customer engagement platform to drive client success.

Key responsibilities include building and nurturing relationships with C-suite executives at top-tier Financial Services brands, understanding their organizational complexities, and identifying new strategic accounts through targeted prospecting and outbound efforts. The Account Executive will develop and manage relationships with high-profile accounts, implement a consultative sales approach to address priority business challenges, and collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure a seamless client experience. Additionally, the role involves driving account expansion using market insights and educating clients on industry trends to position Braze as a trusted partner.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in strategic SaaS sales, focusing on large enterprise Financial Services clients. A strong background in complex solution selling, value-based approaches, and business value assessments is essential. Proven ability to source and prospect new accounts through effective outbound strategies, outstanding communication skills, and adaptability to new cloud applications and tools are required. Experience with or similar CRMs, strong networking skills to navigate large organizations, and up-to-date knowledge of digital and mobile application trends are also important. Willingness to travel as needed is expected.

For candidates based in the United States, the base salary for this position ranges from $125,000 to $150,000 per year, with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $250,000 and $300,000 per year, including bonus or commission.
