The Account Executive will leverage marketing-generated leads and outbound efforts to create demand for fal’s Generative Media infrastructure. Collaborating with creative studios, AI innovation teams, and developers, the role involves identifying new opportunities for adoption and executing each sales cycle with precision—from discovery and product demonstrations to aligning executives and delivering business outcomes that drive long-term customer value.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a closing sales role, with a background in business development or as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) being a strong plus. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a mid-market territory is essential. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are required, along with the ability to guide multiple stakeholders through complex sales cycles. A customer-centric approach, enthusiasm for helping organizations unlock creative potential through AI, and the ability to translate technical capabilities into clear business outcomes are also important. Comfort operating in a high-change environment with curiosity, agility, and a growth mindset is necessary.
