Account Executive, Commercial Services
Lighthouse is seeking a full-time Account Executive for Commercial Services to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on expanding our presence among premium independent properties across North America, including boutique hotels, luxury independents, destination resorts, and influential single assets. The ideal candidate will be based in Denver, CO, with the flexibility to work in the office 2-3 times per week.
The Account Executive will be responsible for building and managing a focused pipeline, driving 7–10 new Commercial Services agreements per month through proactive outreach, networking, industry events, and referrals. Key duties include identifying and prioritizing target properties, integrating AI tools to enhance lead generation and client communications, and maintaining accurate records in Salesforce. The role also involves leading discovery conversations to uncover commercial gaps, delivering tailored proposals, and navigating multi-stakeholder buying decisions to close deals effectively.
Candidates should have 1-3 years of sales experience in hospitality technology, SaaS, or hotel operations, with a preference for those familiar with independent hotels. A strong understanding of hotel revenue management, distribution, and commercial strategy is essential. The role requires a proven track record in managing large pipelines and achieving ambitious targets, excellent consultative selling skills, and proficiency in CRM systems like Salesforce. Comfort with integrating AI-driven workflows and navigating complex ownership structures is also important.
Lighthouse offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $70,000 - $80,000 with commission potential leading to an OTE of $130,000-$140,000.
