As an Account Executive at Lighthouse, you will be instrumental in expanding our presence within the independent hotel sector. This role involves managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, with a focus on the Dutch market. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and executing strategic territory plans to generate new business opportunities. This entails sourcing leads through targeted outreach, industry events, and networking. You will conduct product demonstrations, present proposals, and negotiate contracts, all while leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness throughout the sales process.

The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of experience in a closing sales role, preferably within the SaaS industry. Proficiency in both English and Dutch is essential. A strong business acumen, the ability to sell on value rather than price, and confidence in engaging stakeholders at all levels are crucial. Familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDDPICC and a proactive, self-directed approach to sales are highly valued.
