As an Account Executive on the Emerging Enterprise General Business team at Braze, you will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. Your portfolio will include both prospective and existing customers within Braze’s Emerging Enterprise segment, defined as companies with between 1,000 and 2,000 employees. Braze’s “General Business” segment encompasses various verticals, including Quick Service Restaurants (QSR), Health & Life Sciences, Travel & Hospitality, and Technology.

In this role, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with C-suite executives at top-tier brands, understanding their organizational complexities. You will identify and pursue new strategic accounts through targeted prospecting and outbound efforts, develop and manage relationships with high-profile accounts, and implement a consultative sales approach to address priority business challenges. Collaboration with internal and external teams is essential to ensure a seamless client experience, drive account expansion, and position Braze as a trusted partner by educating clients on industry trends.

The ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience in strategic SaaS sales, focusing on large enterprise clients, with a total of 10+ years in the industry. Experience in complex solution selling, particularly with a background in Value Selling and Business Value Assessments, is highly valued. A proven ability to source and prospect new accounts through effective outbound strategies, outstanding verbal and written communication skills, and adaptability to new cloud applications and tools, including experience with or similar CRMs, are essential.
