Account Executive, Enterprise
Braze is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our Enterprise Sales team in Sydney. This role focuses on engaging with large organizations to drive the adoption of our customer engagement platform, which empowers brands to deliver personalized experiences across multiple channels. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence in the Australian market by building strong relationships with key decision-makers and effectively communicating the value of our solutions.
In this position, you will manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, handling deal sizes typically ranging from $100K to over $1M. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels, executing value-based selling strategies using the MEDPICC framework, and proactively identifying new opportunities through targeted prospecting and market research. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams such as business development, marketing, deal desk, customer success, and services to ensure a seamless client experience.
The ideal candidate possesses a minimum of 8 years of experience in enterprise sales, particularly within CRM, marketing automation, CDP, analytics, or content marketing solutions. A strong understanding of value-based selling techniques and experience applying the MEDPICC deal methodology are essential. Exceptional communication and presentation skills are required to effectively engage and influence executive-level stakeholders. Familiarity with or other CRM systems for sales pipeline management is necessary, and experience selling into the financial services industry is advantageous.
