Account Executive, Enterprise - Central
As an Enterprise Account Executive at Motive, you will be responsible for developing and closing business with the company's largest prospects. You will engage with impactful companies across North America that drive the physical economy, leveraging Motive's strong market position to sell the value of our products and the business outcomes achievable through partnership.
Your primary responsibilities will include prospecting and securing new enterprise business by cultivating key executive relationships within target accounts. You will work to expand business with existing key accounts by deeply understanding each client's operations and identifying opportunities for further collaboration. Additionally, you will collaborate with your account team and utilize customer analytics to optimize purchasing decisions, resolve issues by identifying challenges and implementing effective solutions, and work with technical resources to demonstrate the value of our integrations and partner ecosystem.
The ideal candidate will have extensive enterprise sales experience, particularly with Fortune 1000 clients, and a minimum of four years in SaaS or relevant enterprise field sales. A proven track record of exceeding quotas and rapidly growing a client portfolio is essential. Strong rapport-building skills with executive decision-makers, the ability to work independently with a data-driven approach to sales goals, and exceptional communication skills to effectively convey value propositions and manage objections are also required.
Motive offers a comprehensive compensation package, including on-target earnings ranging from $230,000 to $300,000, depending on location.
