As an Order Management Analyst specializing in returns at Motive, you will play a pivotal role within our Operations department. In this role, your primary responsibilities will include processing customer replacement requests with precision, managing returns cases, and generating sales orders for additional hardware. You will collaborate closely with the Sales and Fulfillment teams to navigate the quote-to-cash process, ensuring seamless order completion and accurate system representation. Additionally, you will handle churn processing, create shipping labels, and guide stakeholders through equipment return procedures.

We are seeking candidates with a strong technical acumen and a thorough understanding of customer delivery processes. Effective communication skills are essential for stakeholder interactions, along with robust analytical abilities for managing numerical data. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is required, and experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, is advantageous. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of prioritizing tasks in high-volume situations, maintaining consistent quality, especially during month and quarter-end periods.
