Account Executive, Enterprise
As an Enterprise Account Executive at Motive, you will be responsible for developing and closing business with the company's largest prospects. You will sell into the most impactful companies in North America that power the physical economy. This role involves leading sales efforts, showcasing the value of Motive's products, and driving business outcomes in partnership with clients.
Your key responsibilities will include prospecting and winning new enterprise business by developing key executive relationships within target accounts. You will drive expansion within these accounts by understanding each client's business and identifying opportunities for additional collaboration. Additionally, you will work with technical resources to demonstrate the power of integrations and how Motive's partner ecosystem enhances the value of its hardware and software solutions.
The ideal candidate will have deep enterprise sales experience partnering with Fortune 1000 clients, with at least 4 years of SaaS or industry-relevant enterprise field sales experience. A strong track record of exceeding quotas and rapidly growing a book of business is essential. You should possess the ability to build rapport with executive decision-makers, influence outcomes through an understanding of the customer's business, and effectively convey key value propositions while managing objections.
Motive offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, pharmacy, optical, and dental care, paid time off, sick time off, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, and 401(k) contributions. Compensation for this role includes on-target earnings (base pay plus commissions) ranging from $230,000 to $300,000, depending on location and experience.
