Trial Success Manager
As a Trial Success Manager at Motive, you will lead and operationalize enterprise trials across Mexico, serving as the strategic project manager responsible for aligning stakeholders, driving adoption, and ensuring the successful execution of multiple high-impact customer trials simultaneously. You will partner closely with Account Executives, Sales Engineers, and cross-functional teams to showcase the full value of Motive’s platform, laying the groundwork for long-term commercial partnerships.
In this role, you will own and lead enterprise trials from kickoff through conclusion, ensuring alignment with customer goals and internal sales strategies. You will build tailored trial plans that define scope, success metrics, timelines, and stakeholder involvement. Managing multiple trials in parallel, you will track milestones, ensure timely follow-ups, and proactively resolve blockers. Collaborating with Account Executives and Sales Engineers, you will reinforce commercial value and connect product capabilities with business outcomes. Engaging key customer stakeholders throughout the trial period, you will drive usage, insights, and internal advocacy. Additionally, you will deliver compelling final trial reviews that summarize performance, ROI, and next steps to support the sales close. Continuously improving trial processes, templates, and tools for greater scale and repeatability across the region, you will leverage systems like Salesforce to maintain real-time visibility into trial pipeline, health, and conversion forecasting.
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of customer-facing experience in project management, customer success, sales operations, or technical account management, preferably in a B2B SaaS or logistics tech environment. You should demonstrate the ability to manage multiple complex workstreams with competing priorities and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling confident interaction with both operational and executive-level stakeholders. A deep attention to detail with a focus on accountability, process excellence, and timeline discipline is essential. Proven ability to identify risks early and proactively resolve issues that impact project success is required. Experience working with tools like Salesforce, Slack, Google Workspace, and other CRM or PM systems is necessary. Familiarity with fleet management, logistics, or industrial sectors is a strong plus. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with cross-functional collaboration is expected.
