Implementation Consultant
As an Implementation Consultant at Motive, you will play a pivotal role in guiding new customers through the initial phases of adopting our technology solutions. This position is integral to ensuring clients successfully implement and utilize Motive's products, thereby enhancing their operational efficiency and safety. You will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving product adoption.
Your primary responsibilities will include serving as the main point of contact for new clients during their onboarding process, focusing particularly on larger accounts. You will lead customers through hardware and software setup, provide comprehensive system training, and monitor their progress to ensure timely activation and adoption. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams such as support, engineering, sales, and product management, you will address complex issues and enhance the overall customer experience. Additionally, you will manage a high volume of communications, including phone calls and emails, to build and maintain strong client relationships.
The ideal candidate will have over three years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as sales or support, preferably within the trucking, logistics, or fleet management industries. Proficiency in Salesforce and the ability to use data to inform engagement plans are essential. Strong business acumen, including skills in project management, account management, problem-solving, and analytics, is required. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills are crucial, along with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities with attention to detail and professionalism. Experience with fintech and spend management technology is a plus.
Motive offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary ranging from $67,000 to $102,000 USD, depending on factors such as education, work experience, and certifications. Benefits include health, pharmacy, optical, and dental care, paid time off, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, and 401(k) contributions, subject to eligibility requirements.
