Installation Strategist
As an Installation Strategist at Motive, you will play a pivotal role in the Installation Services team, focusing on the pre-sales process to ensure the successful delivery of technical engagements. This position involves close collaboration with Sales and Customer Success teams to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions that align with their business objectives. The role requires adaptability to work during US business hours to facilitate seamless collaboration across time zones.
Key responsibilities include partnering with Sales to identify and pursue new business opportunities by delivering compelling solutions that meet client requirements. You will develop and present customer-centric strategies, including prospect presentations and responses to RFPs, ensuring they align with the client's goals. Additionally, you will guide clients through the change management process during the implementation of telematics solutions, offering support to ensure smooth adoption and integration into their fleet operations. Maintaining and updating sales collateral and resources, as well as contributing to the continuous improvement of sales processes, are also integral parts of the role.
The ideal candidate possesses 3-5 years of experience in Professional Services, SaaS solutions, or a similar field, with a strong focus on customer engagement and solution development. Experience in the trucking, logistics, or related industries is advantageous but not required. A solid technical acumen is essential, with the ability to understand and present complex solutions in a clear and compelling manner. Strong communication skills are necessary to effectively build relationships with clients and influence stakeholders. Proficiency in CRM platforms, such as Salesforce, for managing forecasts, pipelines, and sales activities is also desirable.
