Account Executive, Enterprise - San Francisco, CA
The Account Executive, Enterprise at OneTrust is responsible for acquiring new clients and expanding relationships with existing customers within the San Francisco, CA region. This role focuses on promoting OneTrust's AI-Ready Governance Platform™, which enables organizations to use data and AI responsibly. The Account Executive will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and establish OneTrust as a trusted advisor in the industry.
Key responsibilities include generating and qualifying new business opportunities, conducting outreach to build a consistent sales pipeline, and collaborating with Business Development, Partner Channel, and Solutions Engineering teams to land and expand key accounts. The role also involves understanding customer needs through two-sided discovery, articulating valuable solutions, and differentiating OneTrust's offerings from competitors in the marketplace.
Candidates should have approximately seven years of experience selling B2B enterprise-level software or related technologies, with a strong track record in value selling and landing new clients while growing existing accounts. Experience in conducting sales presentations and familiarity with CRM solutions like are also required.
The position offers a base salary range of $125,000 to $150,000 annually, with potential eligibility for discretionary bonuses, equity, and commissions.
