Account Executive, Enterprise - Southeast
As an Enterprise Account Executive at Motive, you will be responsible for developing and closing business with the company's largest prospects in North America. This role focuses on selling to impactful companies that power the physical economy, leveraging Motive's strong product positioning in the market. You will lead sales efforts, emphasizing the value of Motive's products and the business outcomes achievable through partnership.
Key responsibilities include prospecting and securing new enterprise business by cultivating executive relationships within key prospects. You will drive business expansion by deeply understanding each client's operations and identifying opportunities for collaboration. Additionally, you will manage RFP processes, grow contractual-based business, and collaborate with account teams to optimize buying decisions using customer analytics and available resources.
The ideal candidate possesses over four years of SaaS or industry-relevant enterprise field sales experience, with a proven track record of exceeding quotas and rapidly growing their book of business. Strong rapport-building skills with executive decision-makers are essential, as is the ability to influence outcomes through a comprehensive understanding of the customer's business and Motive's unique solutions. A data-driven mindset for setting and achieving sales goals, along with exceptional communication skills to convey value propositions and manage objections, is also required.

Compensation for this role includes base pay and commissions, with on-target earnings ranging from $230,000 to $300,000 USD, depending on location.
