The Account Executive will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. This includes engaging with C-level executives and decision-makers, understanding customer pain points, and articulating the value of Celonis’ solutions. The role also involves working closely with internal cross-functional teams, such as solution engineers and customer success, to ensure client needs are met and to drive long-term customer relationships.
Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in enterprise software sales, particularly in the GCC market or a comparable territory. They should possess strong consultative selling skills, experience managing complex sales cycles, and the tenacity to achieve and exceed ambitious sales targets. Fluency in English is required, and Arabic language skills are a plus, along with excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
