Account Executive | GTM Novos Negócios
Hotmart is seeking an Account Executive to join its Business Operations team in São Paulo, Brazil. This role focuses on expanding the company's reach by identifying and engaging new client profiles, contributing to the development of scalable go-to-market strategies. The Account Executive will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through strategic client acquisition.
Key responsibilities include mapping potential markets and clients, conducting active prospecting through various channels, and managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure. The role also involves maintaining an updated CRM system, representing the company at professional events, and gathering market intelligence to refine sales approaches.
Candidates should have proven experience in end-to-end sales or similar hunter roles, with a track record of meeting sales targets and negotiating with multiple stakeholders. Strong organizational skills, proactivity, resilience, and analytical abilities are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and availability for a hybrid work model, with three days per week in the São Paulo office, are required.
