Account Executive - Independent Hotel Sales
As an Account Executive for Independent Hotels at Lighthouse, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence within the independent hotel market. Lighthouse is a leading commercial platform in the hospitality industry, offering innovative solutions that simplify data complexity and empower businesses with actionable insights, advanced pricing tools, and cutting-edge business intelligence. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing outbound sales activities, and building strong client relationships. Your day-to-day tasks will include selling Lighthouse’s Indy product suite—comprising Pricing Manager, Channel Manager, Reservation Manager, and Booking Engine—to independent hotels. You will also negotiate contracts, close agreements to maximize revenue, and collaborate with the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team to identify and develop opportunities within your assigned territory.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of quota-carrying sales experience, preferably in the hospitality or SaaS industries. A strong understanding of independent hotel operations and their technology needs is essential. Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce and sales engagement tools like Groove is required. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, along with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment, are crucial for success in this role.
Lighthouse offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary ranging from $60,000 to $66,500, with on-target earnings (OTE) between $99,000 and $104,000.
