Account Executive, Japan
As an Account Executive at Braze in Japan, you will be instrumental in expanding our customer engagement platform's presence within the Japanese market. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities by approaching potential clients and applying value-based selling techniques to secure contracts. Collaborating closely with the Business Development Representative (BDR) team, you will manage the entire sales process from prospecting to deal closure. Additionally, you will develop and implement strategic plans to enhance Braze's brand recognition in Japan, create and maintain target company lists, and analyze market trends to inform and execute effective sales strategies.
To succeed in this role, you should have a proven track record in enterprise SaaS sales, demonstrating the ability to build relationships across various industries and apply value-selling approaches effectively. Experience managing complex sales cycles and a strong commitment to achieving sales targets are essential. Proficiency in territory and account planning, exceptional verbal and written communication skills, and experience with CRM systems like are also required. The ability to quickly adapt to new cloud applications and tools, along with a keen interest in staying updated on digital and mobile application trends, will be advantageous.
