Account Executive - Mexico City
Lighthouse is seeking an Account Executive to join our dynamic Revenue team in Mexico City. As a leading commercial platform in the hospitality industry, Lighthouse simplifies complex data into actionable insights, empowering businesses to maximize their revenue potential. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting and selling Lighthouse's tools to hotels of various sizes. Your day-to-day activities will include sourcing potential client opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking within professional industry groups. You will develop and execute business development plans to achieve sales targets, respond to product inquiries, prepare and present proposals, and conduct product demonstrations and training sessions. Maintaining accurate records in Lighthouse's CRM system and achieving sales KPIs are also key aspects of this position.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Business, Communication, Finance, Economics, or a related field. You should have at least 2 years of experience in business development within the hospitality industry or with a SaaS company. Proficiency in revenue management and familiarity with Hotel PMS and RMS software are advantageous. Strong communication skills, a proactive "hunter" mentality, and fluency in English and preferably another native language are essential. Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce and a tech-savvy approach to integrating AI-driven workflows into daily routines are also desired.
