Account Executive - Orléans
Doctolib is seeking an Account Executive to join our team in Orléans. As a Business Developer, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence by engaging directly with healthcare professionals and introducing them to our innovative solutions designed to streamline administrative tasks and enhance patient care.
In this role, your primary responsibilities will include on-site prospecting to schedule meetings with healthcare practitioners, understanding their specific needs to effectively present and sell Doctolib's services, providing comprehensive product training within their practices, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions and administrative details using Salesforce.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in field prospecting, a passion for sales, and a drive to meet challenges head-on. Autonomy in managing the complete sales cycle is essential, along with excellent oral and written communication skills. A degree from a business school, sales training, or an equivalent university qualification (IUT/BTS/Licence commerciale) is required.
This position offers a permanent full-time contract based in Orléans, with a compensation package that includes a fixed salary complemented by a variable, exponential, and monthly bonus structure.
